Hilary makes a good point (good points). I dictated adhesive capsulitis on
my report and then communicated what the patient said via HIPPA compliant
text to the orthopedist. He said he has seen a lot of adhesive capsulitis
lately and it is being attributed to the vaccine in many cases.

Looks like adhesive capsulitis.
Of course, it’s that correlation vs causation thing.
That’s why they have control groups and look at relative incidence of
various pathology (atypical DVT, eg) to see if it’s different from the
general population.
I’m not sure you can pin this on the vaccine…but we won’t know.
