Maybe congenitalpseudarthrosis?
Possible in uterofracture
infantile hamartoma
Trevor disease
Does not look likeradial polydactaly, more like metacarpal fracture with lots of callous. Unusual pattern probably due to loose periosteum, exuberance due to all thehormones, etc.
Osteochondroma or Trevor
Looks like Trevor disease
Wonder if the distal MCmetaphysis slightly resorbed–?metabolic eg Ca++, Phosphate abnormality. Thinking excessive callus– loose periosteum??Thus frx hypermobility, OI, Cushings, Cong. insensitivity to pain.
In other words, this was not an Aunt Minnie…. I personally favor in utero fracture, with Trevor disease being 2nd. I have no additional clinical information at this time. Sorry.
