Friendly reminder for OCAD responses

If someone sends out a case and you want to respond, respond only to the
person that sent the case,* please don’t reply all*. It
unnecessarily clutters everyone’s inbox.

Feel free to respond, just not to everyone.

The person that sent the case will send out a summary of the responses so
we can all learn.

Thank you for cooperating and thanks for understanding.
