I don’t see any abnormality in the area of the Rt Hallux.
There are enormous bilateral accessory navicular bones which are smooth and
oddly proximal.
Doesn’t seem to articulate with the medial pole navicular, like a normal
Type II accessory navicular.
Just odd normal variant? Would you even consider bilateral proximal
avulsion of the accessory navicular bones, or is that crazy?
No articular facets so id call them large os tibiale externae likely to be in tibialis posterior fibres.
