Follow up on the acromion case from December

To recap 51 y/o shoulder pain. Sent out to OCAD in mid-December. Split
amongst OCAD roughly half said intraosseous HADD (now known as BCP – basic
calcium phosphate disease, Thanks Dr. Resnick) and just under half of OCAD
respondents said osteoid osteoma.

Biopsy:* Osteogenic sarcoma.* No one who saw the case suggested that.
He will be transferred over to a tertiary University hospital and they will
take it from there. I asked the PA if sophisticated pathologic tests were
done to confirm and he didn’t know. I was promised any follow-up news.

No history of Paget’s or any other osseous disorder.
