Follow Up Case Posted May 13 Hand Wrist to evaluate Ulnar Artery

45M fell on ice 1.5 months prior. Suspicion of Ulnar A thrombosis on non
contrast MRI. MR angiogram was recommended, but MR w/ and w/o contrast was
done in error. I am reattaching the case as I submitted it, but have added
the MIPs from the angiogram, which confirms complete occlusion of the ulnar
artery.
