Finger MRI 69F fell off horse 7weeks ago Please Help

How would you describe the radial collateral ligament / capsular injury?
There is an empty sulcus at the MC head insertion of the RCL, so I want to call this a complete tear with thickening and fraying of the torn ligament. Do you agree?

This is a bit odd….the volar plate (red arrows) is torn and a bit retracted at the radial insertion, but intact mid to ulnar—-I haven’t seen this. There is palmar subluxation of the IF, so it is clearly unstable.

The red arrow shows the relatively thick, retracted radial aspect of the volar plate.
The yellow arrow shows the empty MC sulcus where I expect to see the RCL.
There are both proper collateral ligaments (MC to Prox Phalanx) and accessory collateral ligaments (MC to volar plate); do you think both are torn at the MC insertion in this case?
Sag bands are frayed but intact.

I think we all use this Clavero Finger MRI reference…but I am surprised that the collateral ligaments are drawn so palmar in the schematic.
Just saying.
