46 y/o male pat. with slowly growing calcification at base of L middle finger volarly.
painful and affects hand function
In addition to the mass, there are signs of arthropathy MCP II-IV (+/- intercarpal) which seems to represent an unusual specific type.
Could this be hemochromatosis? Are the 2 findings related? What is your DDx?
