Solid mass present for 8 yrs. Most likely benign. Has anyone seen this before?

I have seen different lesions in that location with similar signal characteristics. Even though been there for a while, I always worry about sarcoma—myxoid liposarcoma even. I think still warrants biopsy to make sure it’s not malignant.

Not sure I would call it beginning without a biopsy.
Any GRE sequence or post contrast?
