Hi Ocader´s.
What a coincidence to report this case today!
Man, 23 years old, works with a computer and musician (piano player).
I recalled this patient to obtain the wrist supination sequences, due to the last case!
And in this case we observed a more evident palmar luxation of ECU, characterizing a rupture of the subsheath.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to do this sequence in supine position in cases of suspected instability of the sixth compartment?
What do you think?
Best,
André
