exact same case i had … first MRI on the left – 2012 clinical: chronic pain post ”ankle sprain”… no better with repeat MRI and CT a year later (middle and right images)

I wanted to share my joy with you for this case, as I haven’t had an incidental OO in a very long time.

This is a 47 y/o patient with ‘left ankle injury 1 year ago ,chronic pain with limping not responding to treatment or physiotherapy’.

Probably the oldest patient with OO I have seen but another one of 5 or so I have seen in the exact same location. There must be something about this…
