enjoy Morphea pre and post treatment on mtx and cellcept

Not sending all images so not to confuse the audience..

These are very high res images
3D at 0.9mm isotropic- notice tigroid skin and subq stranding with mild fat atrophy and deep fascial/muscle involvement. Stranding also best seen on opposed phase imaging – matrix 760

after t/t- anatomic images show resolution of edema but still chronic stranding and fat atrophy. On perfusion- still activity present- so t/t will be continued. Delayed contrast phase is ok.
