Peripheral and septal dark T1/PDFS signal, seems to bloom on GRE.
No mineralization on XRs from August.
I want to call this PVNS (GCTTS).
I don’t think the brachialis has a tendon sheath.
I found an anatomic reference for elbow bursae…I want to call this PVNS of antecubital interosseous bursa (which I never heard of until now)…do you agree?
Is there any DDx?
