39 years old male, anterior knee pain (osteochondral lesion in the femoral trochlea, not shown).
Looks like fibrous cortical defect / tug lesion / don’t touch lesion.
Does the patient’s age and the lateral location of the lesion raise a red flag or is it really a benign lesion?
