Notice- looks like bufurcate lig injury with ganglion on 2D
3D- 3 min seq-mostly intact bands and ganglion is from mpo band of spring lig
also note how sharp tendon tears appear on 3d- peroneal, ptt and achilles (this case)
when was the last time you saw medial cord plantar fascia tear- here all are torn- med/central/lateral with central being high grade!
