I hope everyone is well and staying safe.
I am really confused about this lesion in a 61 YO female with knee pain and
swelling (duration undetermined, but seems long-standing, given the
posterior femoral remodelling).
It looks aggressive to me (disrupting myofascial planes and compartments),
But I can’t exactly determine what it is; intervening fat strands and
largely cystic/necrotic.
Would appreciate some help on the Dx/DDx.
