The AP and Lat XRs are from 1 month ago and show a cortically based lucency
at the medial proximal tibial metadiaphysis.
CU from 9 years ago looks different….but was there a subtle intracortical
lucency in retrospect?

There is peripheral enhancement of T1 intermediate, bright PD / STIR signal

Would you just recommend biopsy at this point?
