59 y/o male. The patient relates a history of “injury at work” and the worker’s comp doctor said “medial epicondylitis and arthritis.The UCL is mostly ossified and I think it looks like a giant chronic valgus traction spur. Also heterotopic ossification next to it. The PDFS coronal looks like someone flexing their biceps.
