I have recently seen this patient.
I suspect a malignant transformation of an enchondroma, due to multiple
cortical breach I see distally
He will have a biopsy next week.
The orthopedist asked me if I can find a dedicated center in Europe to try
and save this man’s arm (if possible). In Romania there is no dedicated
sarcoma center, chances would be minimal.
So, if anyone can help me with a contact/ hospital/ orthopedics, please do.
In the meantime he will have the biopsy and a CT (oncological screening
thorax-abdomen-pelvis)
