We had a recent discussion on CHL and adhesive capsulitis.
Here is a case from today. I see 3-4 of them in every read out with same patterns.
Lateral bundle of CHL- inferior band covering the undersurface of SS is most commonly affected by synovitis and fibrosis, extending from joint synovial lining towards coracoid process.
