Cervical spine MRI 65 y/o Asian descent male with cervicalgia and weakness

Has a combination of ankylosing hyperostosis (DISH) and Ossification of the
posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL). Notice the anterior solid ankylosis
by mature bridging syndesmophytes and an ossified anterior longitudinal
ligament..

In the Japanese population, OPLL can be solitary. An association with DISH
across all populations has been reported in up to 45%.
