As someone still early in training, I found this case particularly fascinating, especially the longitudinal tear pattern of the volar plate without avulsion. Would it be reasonable to consider that this might represent a chronic repetitive stress-related injury, even in the absence of pulley involvement? I’m also curious how often such tears might be overlooked
