The 1st extensor compartment looks normal But just proximal to the wrist I think there is mild peritendinous edema surrounding the distal brachioradialis, deep to the 1st extensor compartment of the distal forearm. Providing I am not hallucinating / over-reading…is there some other intersection / friction syndrome here that I don’t know about? I see

Hi, I received 3 responses with a wide spectrum of DDx: liposclerosing myxofibromatous tumour – the fibrous dysplasia variant 2x bone met after cytotoxic treated breast cancer. DDx Brodie’s abscess I know also think that the concentric shape is due to metastatic growth. I recommended biopsy. Thanks! Björn Fellow colleagues I have one weird Friday
