Have a weird case and would appreciate any help. 30 something year old man with ESRD on dialysis presents with bilateral quad tendon tears after fall. Incidentally seen within the subchondral bone of the bilateral lateral tibial plateaus are these fat-filled lesions with central T1 iso to hypointense signal and central PD FS hyperintense signal.

Dear all, F28yo, PE teacher, pain after trauma thats been going on for 2 months. There are two fluid collections on her wrist, which I don’t really get why they are there. It seems that the first image is fluid in the prestyloid recess, and the second one is just effusion of the pisotriquetral joint.
