Please help, 70M reported history of Prostate Ca, wrist lump x 2 years. MRI.

The subtraction was corrupted by slight misregistration, there may be minimal enhancement? No mention of this is available history, in 2012 he had hilar and mediastinal lymphadenopathy, DDx of sarcoid and lymphoma was reported….I have no follow up….though the fact that he volunteered a history of Prostate Ca argues against a history of another malignancy

Xray and US for DVT read as negative at time of injury No other medical history; no meds MRI 10 days later One possible area of restricted diffusion. o/w negative diffusion.
