Mass help

I’d be concerned that it’s a soft tissue sarcoma. A case from a colleague… 21 YOM with calf pain. No phlebolith on xr. His question was would you be comfortable calling this a hemangioma, and if so would you recommend further workup / followup? Or… would you entertain soft tissue sarcoma in ddx here? Thanks!
