This is a rare case- marked lateral cord thickening of plantar fascia with focal fibroma near base of 5th Metatarsal (unusual site)- under the marker! UTSW is a quartenary site not just tertiary-lots of complicated stuff I see on a daily basis-enjoy! There were 30 other findings but this is rare stuff! Enjoy 3D demonstration.

OCAD MTP arthropathy (MRI) inflammatory or Kohler-Freiberg?

Hi there OCADers, please help with this one. 50 year old female with persistent pain at the 2nd mtp joint. MRI shows arthritis with acute inflammation, b.m. edema, effusion and a chronically flattened mt head consistent with xrays 1 year prior (not shown here). I wonder, is this secondary to Kohler-Freiberg or some chronic arthritis
