Has anyone ever seen such a thickened plantaris tendon with inflammatory changes in soft tissues and Achilles peritendinitis? I asked several foot and ankle surgeons and the answer was negative. I only found this reference:

Correction, that’s the posterior supraspinatus, not the infraspinatus in the last image I know I have shared similar cases in the past and I was told that these were non-aggressive subcortical enchondromas….I thought someone (Don?) said there was a publication, but I cannot find it.In the last image there is infraspinatus tendinosis and she has
