Andrei pointed out what I tried to express….though I think my response was not clear in the summary.In the static Ax image with supination, the degree of ECU subluxation remains stable…I would have expected it to increase in that position. 15 y/o knee pain after soccer injury; Patellar dislocation. Xray done for same. I read it out as a sessile osteochondroma with cap/continuous with marrow space/ no aggressive features. To paraphrase Phil Tirman, " It sees me, but I may not have seen it." Don’t remember seeing a layered or laminated appearance of the marrow
