Hi all, this is the "companion foot" to the (left) one I posted last week, with the bone marrow edema and contrast enhancement at the tarsometatarsal joints. We scanned the right foot in the meantime and it shows even more pronounced bone marrow and soft tissue edema in the same region, with marked contrast uptake.
