shoulder.pptx Hi Ocaders, Need opinion with a case. 50-year-old gentleman came in with c/o of limited overhead abduction for 2 months. To rule out adhesive capsulitis. I did not find too much wrong with labrum, capsule, or the cuff expect some tendinosis of caudal undersurface fibres of subscapularis. There are some diffuse marrow signal changes.

Hi Ocader´s. Male patient, 13 years old, with no history of trauma. Pain in the left hip for a week. Hip FOPE? I haven’t seen it outside of the knee … Is there stress microfracture superior to the epiphyseal line, especially in T2 sequences? Any other differential diagnosis? Any input will be welcome!
