I was asked to biopsy this lesion in the left 1st metatarsal in a 62 year old with recurrent metastatic breast cancer. No symptoms directly attributle to the lesion. Hello, The answers were- lipoma, enchondroma, infarct and chondrosarcoma. I see this dark signal thickening posterior to the patella which contacts the deep surface of the patella and seems to extend to the anterior tibial margin…though it seems separate from the patella
