Please Help! Incidental finding CT Makoplasty pre op TKR.

[image: 1.jpg] Morphologically this Looks like an enostosis, the spiculated margins blend with the trabeculae, but according to the attached reference—which is Fabulous—it implies that the HU is in the range of untreated osteoblastic metastasis. (OCAD) Prominent hip osteophytes, chronic FAI? (MRI, Rx)

Hi there everyone! I need your help with this case please. M69 chronic pain at the left hip. There’s marked labral degeneration bilaterally and especially on the left. Prominent osteophytes at the acetabulum with something ressembling a pseudoarthrosis at a particularly large lateral one, as well as some loose bodies. I don’t see much “classic”
