Thank you everyone for your quick responses. Overwhelming majority said Parsonage Turner, which is well described post op. The other diff given was myonecrosis related to prolonged compression (surgical positioning). I appreciate all the comments. Reattaching the case for those that didnt see it. Post prostate surgery patient woke up with severe shoulder pain. Any thoughts? We had 2 similar patients in the past too- just not sure about what could be the problem.
