Dear all Some follow up on this case I posted a few weeks ago. Patient was operated last week which confirmed submucosal ectopic thymic tissue in the subglottic trachea and left lobe of the thyroid. Dear Ocadders Attached the case of an odd foot we are struggling with… CT and MRI show signs of arthritis with hyperemia and bone loss as well as bone infarcts and findings suggesting Charcot foot. So the ER panscan was done and reviewing the chest CT, I see there is this eccentric lytic lesion in the medial third of the right clavicle. Could this be NOF and loss of the outer cortex be secondary to proximity to the subclavian? I don’t love it for EG but thought I would ask.
