The femoral interference screw seems to *straddle *Blumensaat’s Line at the intersection with the posterior femoral cortex. I’m not sure if it’s supposed to extend this* low*? Hello OCADers, Thank you all for your quick responses. Most colleagues suggested CNO/ CRMO as the initial diagnosis. DD included multifocal EG, Langerhans Histiocytosis, infection including tuberculosis. Some suggested ruling out infection before going with CNO.
