60 year old patient clinically suspected of cubital tunnel syndrome. At the level of the cubital tunnel non-enhanced MRI shows what I think is a bifid ulnar nerve with swelling of the palmar-sided limb over 7-8 mm, up to a tranverse diameter of 3.5 mm.
