Bone infarcts?

Hi ocaders. Please help. MRI on a 58-year-old gentleman who came with the bone infarcts on x-ray. No underlying malignancy. Rest of the areas look like bone infarct but one does enhance in the distal femur metaphysis. The question I have is do the bone in facets enhance? Thanks for help in advance.

My colleague is asking for assistance. This 69 yr old patient with knee pain has arthritis and mensical tear to explain the knee pain. The chondroid lesion was presumed an incidental enchondroma in 2008. It has grown substantially. Does that imply it is chondrosarcoma? Other?
