Dear ocaders, especially those doing CT guided bone biopsies,
I have a question I did not find a satisfactory answer to and hoping to find some wisdom. When targeting a lesion in the ischial tuberositas of small caliber, say 10 mm, what is your approach? More specifically would you consider transversing the hamstring tendon insertion or avoid this at all costs and have a medial approach?
Thanks and best wishes from London
Ricardo
