BENIGN CARTILAGINOUS MATRIX LESION IN TIBIA

Hi there.
Thank you to those who sent comments.
Kind regards.

1. Hello André,
Great case. I would have suspected an osteofibrous dysplasia/ adamantinoma , but the pathology says otherwise . Paolo Simoni .

2. Hi, I had a similar case in the same location and it turned out to be a chondromyxoid fibroma. Best, Ingrid Kjellin, M.D.

3. No, no osteochondroma…. Be well, be grateful, Mario Maas.

4. Looks benign to me. My main differential would have been CMF and Juxta-cortical chondroma. Cheers, Robert Lambert.

Hi there !
I would like to hear from you about this case.
My report was of a low-aggressive cartilaginous matrix lesion and I suggested intracortical chondromyxoid fibroma in the differential diagnosis. See this paper (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s12306-011-0162-3).
After surgical resection, the pathology diagnosis was osteochondroma with endochondral proliferation without histopathological criteria for malignancy.
What do you think?

King regards from Brazil.

André Gomes.
