I have sent the T1 images (sorry they were not included in the first) . I have also included the T1fs pre post. Some of the first comments have been Bone Infarct Hematogenous marrow conversion +/_ related to treatment. I first considered infarct but don’t love this as the morphology and signal don’t quite fit.

The change from 6/1/21 to now is more subtle but the bright STIR marrow signal is so serpiginous. I am concerned this could be met. ups-resection-follow-up.pptx
