Could this be mets?

I have sent the T1 images (sorry they were not included in the first) . I have also included the T1fs pre post. Some of the first comments have been Bone Infarct Hematogenous marrow conversion +/_ related to treatment. I first considered infarct but don’t love this as the morphology and signal don’t quite fit.
