Hi, guys! Need some advice. 14 year old boy after trauma 2 months ago There is bone marrow edema affecting predominantly lunate, scaphoid, capitate, distal radial epiphysis and 2nd and 3rd metacarpal, with multiple bone irregularity that looks like AVN, which seems to me to have a mechanical axis of distribution.
