86 year old female imaged after trauma. There is diffuse calcification of the cartilage in the absence of higher-grade arthritis (or arthrosis as some prefer to call DJD). Also no erosive changes. Is this CPPD? Any differentials? Cheers, Andrei

Need some advice. 14 year old boy after trauma 2 months ago There is bone marrow edema affecting predominantly lunate, scaphoid, capitate, distal radial epiphysis and 2nd and 3rd metacarpal, with multiple bone irregularity that looks like AVN, which seems to me to have a mechanical axis of distribution.
