There is what looks like prominent OA with bone marrow edema at the AC joint, a small slap tear, and not much else
29 year old hockey player imaged for clinically suspected MCL lesion. I see a proximal partial tear of the superficial fibers (sMCL). Also, the deep meniscofemoral fibers are quite ill-defined proximally, I suspect they are at least partially torn. The POL looks ok to me, also the tibial sided MCL components. Would you agree?
