Nonspecific diffuse osteopenia with trabeculation bilaterally likely secondary to underlying metabolic disease. Differential diagnosis: sarcoid disease (although normal chest without lymphadenopathy), hyperparathyroidism, hemoglobinopathies, Paget’s disease.
