Hi everyone, Clinically suspected ganglion cyst of the ulnar side of the wrist, I did an ultrasound with this well defined heterogeous lesion, with a small vascular pedicle-like image. It didn’t looke like the typical cyst, so I did an MRI. Here are the findings (top left is T2Dix, top right is T1FSgd, botton left

Dr. Thompson, It is actually prefemoral fat pad- not uncommonly involved in patellofem impingement / friction patients- with about 60% frequency. It was 1st reported in my 2010 review article.
