Hi, I believe this is a case of popliteus tendon hydroxyapatite crystal deposition disease (HADD) with intraosseous migration and reactive inflammation/bone marrow edema in the LFC. Lateral meniscus and LFC hyaline cartilage are intact. Best regards, Daniel
