It seems that the first image is fluid in the prestyloid recess, and the second one is just effusion of the pisotriquetral joint.

Hi All; I saw this 52 yr lady with hip pain. No other abnormalities. This capsule is thick. Is there any literature on adhesive capsulitis? Is this anything else? No reported trauma. She "walks a lot at work"
