Skeletal Dysplasia Expert: Hemangiomatosis is often associated with lipomatous components. I am afraid if this girl might develop Gorham disease

I would favor ulnar osteochondroma with associated ulnar shortening and pseudomadelungs based on cases I have seen previously at Scottish Rite.
