There has been quite a lot of interest in this case and we have settled on a DDx Rice bodies of RA (or other) started slow but have picked up steam…..that currently seems to be the favored diagnosis (by the numbers of responses) Other suggestions have included SOC (some favor that) as well as GCTTS
