It is hard to show the extent of the lesion on Cor and axial. I have asked for MRI humerus. Does this look like an intraosseous cyst? It looks intra-cortical on Sag.

I want to sum up the responses in this case. The hand surgeon claims that there is a trapezium dysplasia and a subluxation in the CMC-joints. I also think there is an unexpected subluxated appearance in the 1. CMC joints, but I am not experienced with trapezium dysplasia. I received this link from Volker Lapczynski,
